I’m Leine Oliveira, the designer behind Brenley Designs.

My work blends creativity, technical precision, and a deep understanding of how people truly live in their spaces.

I specialize in 3D modeling as a design‑study tool, allowing clients and project partners to clearly visualize the best layout, flow, and aesthetic direction before anything is built.

I collaborate closely with architects, builders, and fellow designers to create interiors that are not only beautiful, but also thoughtfully coordinated and easy to execute.

Concept Development

We begin with a complimentary consultation and a thoughtful review of your space. In partnership with your architect, we explore the ideal layout and present curated inspiration boards with refined options.

This early coordination ensures everyone moves forward with a clear, unified vision.

Design Development

Once the concept is approved, we refine the design through 3D modeling and begin selecting all materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and lighting.

These clear visualizations give your architect and builder the information they need early, reducing revisions and keeping the project moving smoothly.

Project Documentation

With the 3D design finalized, we prepare build‑ready documents detailing all dimensions, technical notes, and approved specifications.

After cost review, the plans are issued to the appropriate trades, ensuring the design is executed with accuracy and craftsmanship. Clear documentation keeps the process smooth and efficient for everyone involved.
